    great movie

    this is an excellent movie I watched it a lot the olny part I don't like is when they shoot the horse and the wolf that is sad I know that they are not really shooting them but it is still sad to watch and it is good he used real indians for the part of indians and not fake ones like they did in the old days

    A Masterpiece by Kevin Costner!!!

    Everyone should already know about this excellent movie which won major awards for Best Picture in 1990. This DVD is the 3-hour version. There are no extras on the disc. I also own the 4-hour version. Both versions are great!

    Got my hopes up as I was told this was the extended directors cut but it's the original theatrical release. I own a 35mm version of this so I already had this version. Seek out the directors cut, it's much better as you see so much more of what's in the book.
