Grand Slam Movie
Chas Palmetteri was a great supporting actor playing Nolte's partner as the cool headed one. Melanie Griffith played her part well and was still beautiful even though they had her made up as plain housewife. And Connelly was all sexed up and did not over act her part despite being the center of attention. Treet Williams and John Malcovich rounded off the supporting cast. Nolte at his best
They captured 1950's L.A. perfectly. I think this one one of Nick Nolte's greatest roles. He had the same mystique that Jack Nicholson had in "Chinatown".
