Rocket Knight Adventures places you in control of an armor-clad opossum named Sparkster whose job involves protecting the kingdom of Zebulos with his rocket pack and trusty sword. Your objective in this seven level side-scroller (with multiple stages) is to defeat Emperor Devotnidos and his army of pig soldiers.<br><br>The evil Emperor has taken the Princess of Zebulos hostage and threatens to bring tyranny to the once peaceful land. That's not the only problem: you'll also need to confront the ex-Rocket Knight turned traitor, Axel Gear! <br><br>Levels will have you using your rocket to attack huge bosses, flying through the air in shooting stages, and even riding on a fast-moving rail cart. There are 17 bosses to battle during the course of the game, so it's a good thing you have a few moves at your disposal. Blasting off with the rocket involves holding a button down until a meter fills up with power.<br><br>Once maxed out, releasing the button will send Sparkster flying into the air in the direction of the pad. Besides flying with the rocket, Sparkster can fire a short beam with his sword, jump, hang from trees with his tail, and spin attack. Four different difficulty levels are designed to accommodate users of all abilities.Product Identifiers

Classic Konami Game
Here's another game that came during the popular "small woodland animal star" phase that brought us such bombs as AWESOME POSSUM or AERO THE ACROBAT. Damaged product
Case is in decent shape but the cart looks as if its been submerged in water and i wouldnt exactly consider that great shape. Board has a decent size crack in it as well. Cart does work however.

The best Konami platformer for Sega Genesis
1 of the best Konami games made for the Sega Genesis. A shame how they never included it on the Sega Genesis Mini. That game deserves a 2nd chance, in the modern day, for a new generation to discover. I don't see why Konami doesn't give any care about Sparkster, the same way they care about Contra or Castlevania? ghost shadow
when your the character of the game the ground you walk on moves in a running motion. I have not gotten far but on the first level the hit towards the others mirrors out a shadow of another. this is a ghost from which the opponent disappears.
