As described in excellent condition. This book is a good reference point for those looking for answers and not willing to be spoon fed information by the media. Although author has a flaw in his approach by filing a 1040 which is a taxpayer form only, (the reason he lost the case in my opinion) if anyone is seeking to follow his approach, cya and use either an amended form 1040 marking through taxpayer and instead correct it with "nontaxpayer" or use a 1040NR. Good information as stated above.As described in excellent condition. This book is a good reference point for those looking for answers and not willing to be spoon fed information by the media. Best civics lesson I've ever had as it relates to how the framers the constitution intended the federal government to function as a representative form of government through the bill of rights. A brilliant and clear explanation of exactly how the present federal (Washington) establishment has been corrupted without diminishing or dismissing the citizens role in this occurrence as well as the simple solutions the constitution provides if the people rigorously embrace the provided remedies. I would also add as evidence of the aforementioned corruption this book illuminates is that none or very little of what this book contains is taught in public schools and the framers considered this the most important aspect of a pubic education the for obvious reasons. Cracking the Code is an excellent book as far as it goes...
Cracking the Code is not only informative but eye opening. Unfortunately, it relies heavily on Supreme Court cases that are quite old. Even though these cases have never specifically been overturned the policy changed in 1938 with a new Supreme Court decision called Erie Railroad versus Tompkins. The policy change to contract law under the Uniform Commercial Code is not addressed in CtC. Fortunately, the UCC must be read in harmony with the prior law (but this doesn't mean the outcome of those prior cases would be the same). To the degree those cases are cited by more recent Appellate Court decisions, they remain controlling. This Omission is about the only complaint anyone could point to about this book.
