    I was super excited to see my teapot only to find it broken in the package. I messaged the seller and instantly they got back with me and refunded me! I do not think they sent it to me broken I do believe that somewhere in the mail it got broken. It was wrapped with bubble wrap and had packing peanuts all around it. It was very well wrapped up. Most people would have ignored me or told me to take it up with the mail. They were super nice and very friendly. I would completely buy from them again!
