Miraculously the delivery turned up a month after the date on the post mark and the package was delivered with the jiffy delivery bag opened and placed in a royal mail clear plastic bag. Luckily the product was unharmed and the seal intact. I have informed the seller as I had already received the refund. When the parcel got lost, he refused to contact the courier, avoided responsibility, and even accused me of scamming – despite the fact that I received neither the item nor a refund. Completely unacceptable behaviour. This seller does not care about customer satisfaction.
