I contacted the seller; they offered a £25 refund but never sent it. I sent three reminder messages, but received no reply and no refund. Very unprofessional; the information provided was inaccurate. "New" means new, not used. I didn't want to leave bad feedback if I received the refund, but the seller left me no choice.

    Easy open door and easy to clean.

    Although it is not as solid as my previous model it does have a nice feature were when you tap the door marker the door opens wide to allow you easy access to the inside, it is also very easy to clean as the inside is all very smooth as is the outside, the light has also been improved as it is in the corner of the top and gives off a lot of light.
