    As other reviewers have stated.......delivery period - which is stated - is quite long. We didn't realise this until we had purchased but we weren't in a rush, and not seeing it was our fault. Bag arrived 2 days after estimated delivery time but suspect this might be Royal Mail's fault. Having said all that.....bag is great and a good price. Arrived well packaged as well so all good.

    As others said delivery was incredibly slow. Part my fault as original estimate did say it could take 2 weeks + I missed this. In fact my purse took a full 3 weeks from order date to arrive. One week after order I raised a cancellation request. V poor service the seller did not engage with this and my cancel request timed out and was automatically rejected after a few days. My order was sent 13 days after this - so could have been cancelled. No contact from seller. I do not recommend seller!
