Whilst the weight and quality of the chair is superb, there are some minor grazes on the edges of some pieces. I sense this is to be expected with composite resin/plastic and should not be a reflection of the overall quality. When fully assembled, these grazes cannot be seen and are probably from the way the loose pieces are packed inside the box. Gorgeous chairs; super comfortable. Very happy.
