      Very disappointed with the necklace , after a week of wearing it it all tarnished, looked genuine when I received the item, After contacting the seller regarding this, they are now saying I swapped the item, Not what I would expect from a seller on eBay, I am a genuine person and disappointed that someone who doesn’t even know me can accuse me of something like this! Be aware of other jewellery listed as Genuine.

      The necklace was 100% genuine as we purchased it direct from the jewellers ourselves. Beware of this buyer as they clearly switched the item just prior to the 30 day return period. I raised a case with ebay which was upheld. I have been a genuine seller for 19 years and keep copies of all original photos of every item.
