    I got the book eventually and was partly refunded to account for the description listing as a hardback. Communication was generic on the whole, but like they said they are a big company and mistakes happen. Wasn't the best service to be fair, but that could have just been my experience as it is the lead up to Christmas and they are probably flat out? Would I use them again? Probably not because I don't often buy books new. It's a good book though.

    sweet little sayings that make you think Although American avoided sounding trite and were homely. Makes me stop and think and slow down even only for a moment. Not heavy on religion either!
