    I got the book eventually and was partly refunded to account for the description listing as a hardback. Communication was generic on the whole, but like they said they are a big company and mistakes happen. Wasn't the best service to be fair, but that could have just been my experience as it is the lead up to Christmas and they are probably flat out? Would I use them again? Probably not because I don't often buy books new. It's a good book though.

    Excellent seller, good price and very well packed, the jiffy bag on top of the mailer giving even more protection was appreciated! Ten days from order to delivery not too bad and much faster than stated in the listing, I recommend this seller!
