This is a sunblock that offers UVA and UVB (ultraviolet) defense. It doesn't contain any parabens or oils, but it does include both titanium dioxide and clear zinc oxide. It's totally devoid of any fragrances and has an SPF (Sun Protection Factor) of 41. This product was not tested on animals. It's a tinted sunscreen that doesn't have a greasy feel, and it remains resistant to water's effects for up to 40 minutes. This sunblock is appropriate for people who have sensitive or oily complexions.

      Works for me!

      I think the ingredients are the best, and safest, for sunscreen (minerals vs. chemicals) . If it wasn't tinted, you would have a white film on your face or wherever you apply it because it has a mineral base and goes on slightly thicker than a chemical base . The tint is very slight, but just enough to give you a smooth, healthy look. The SPF 41 gives excellent protection and it's oil free.

      The formula is different from what I have used for years

      I have used this product for years and this is the first time the quality of the product has changed. The product does not absorb into my face and separates on my skin when I apply it. As I continue to rub it into my skin it starts to dry and turn into tiny balled up flakes of makeup and I have to use a makeup brush to brush it off my fabe and then off my clothes. I called the eltaMD company and asked if they had changed their formula. They said they hadn't so I would like get my money back from you.

      I don't think it was a full tube!

      I have been using this product 4 years, based on my dermatologist recommendation. It is truly a wonderful product and I use it in place of foundation. However, the tube that I ordered on eBay did not seem to be a full tube. Hard to tell, of course, because the tube is a solid white and the product inside cannot be observed. But, the last tube I purchase lasted me almost a year. I've had this one for a week and I'm very concerned that it was not a full tube. Since the cost was the same as purchasing in my dermatologist office, I will not purchase online again.

      Love this product! My Dr. told me about this and its perfect for my sensitive skin. I am prone to breakouts and I have never had any issues with this product. Love the light tint as well. Highly recommended!
