The spring base of first mattress delivered did not expand fully and was replaced by Emma following a lengthy exchange with customer support and having provided many pics of the (obvious) issue. The replacement seems to have expanded correctly, but both mattresses were supplied covers without side quilting (as on all new hybrid mattresses). This means that the springs can be felt prominently thru the sides

This had been vacuum packed which was very helpful. We unpacked the mattress and left it for 24 hours before being used and can confirm this is very comfortable. After providing photographic evidence to the seller, they refused to admit their mistake and actually told me that I am wrong and that they sent the correct mattress. I had to return this mattres under the 14 day sleep warranty. The courier company they use did not provide me with the collection confirmation slip so I had to take photos to prove the seller the item was collected so they could get my refund. Poor service.
