I'm a little less enthused about how it was folded in half to put in a thin bag for shipping, but luckily it doesn't seem like the rigid plastic back has been damaged, and the hole that had opened up on the side of the shipping bag didn't get large enough to cause problems. So while I think it could have been packaged more carefully, overall I'm very happy with this. Thanks so much!
