Binding has minimal wear. The majority of pages are undamaged with some creasing or tearing, and pencil underlining of text, but this is minimal. The seller was more than willing, without me even asking for it, to make that up to me by refunding to me fully for both the comics I bought from him (one of which was in excellent condition) including the postage. The comic was not listed as "adequate" (i.e. 'acceptable). The seller notes asked buyers to ignore eBay's grading system and use the grade given in the listing title. It also asked buyers to allow potential deviation from the advertised grade and for the buyer to examine the photos in full. The advertised grade of the comic is as described - a VG+ does allow for that small tear.

The images showed the outside of the item well enough, but the description mentions having "no markings on the inside", despite there being a slight pen mark on one of fhe pages. Other than this, the experience was good and I think the value for money was still good enough.
