    Shipping was pretty fast; packaging was appropriate; item was mostly as described, though the back of the ladle was not shown in the photos and actually has a couple decent-sized scratches on it; value was just so-so given the scratches. It was billed as "near mint, looks never used" but it definitely looks like it's been used before. I may be able to buff those scratches out.
