I apologise the game didn’t arrive as you expected. I use padded mailers from a reputable brand, I believe a lot of people use these and I’ve never had issues previously. The issue is likely caused by the design of the Sega Saturn boxes themselves but I take the feedback on board and will make attempts to prevent this going forward.
