There was a slight mixup with the tracking number but seller cleared it up immediately after a quick message, good communication. Only issue is the touch board is pictured in the listing but not included when the screen was delivered. If you need a board you'll need to supply your own or get no touch. Client is OK with that because JKComputerParts has the best price available, but it was a bit disappointing. Still, 5 ⭐!

Mainboard was in new condition as described, however it came packaged with the wrong IO shield back plate. After contacting the seller, a small amount of our purchase price was refunded to help offset the cost of obtaining the correct part. Seller was responsive and kind in all communications. Motherboard is operating flawlessly as part of a new system build. Very pleased with our purchase and experience! Thank you!!

With a battery upgrade, 32GB RAM mod, and upgraded storage this thing rips. Shipping was quick and packaging was sufficient, listing was as described but also a bit too vauge - this lead me to this sellers customer service who ultimately were just doing their jobs and after the second or third inquiry my question was answered. Overall this was a great value and I recommend.
