    Works with Windows 7 - but don't waste time with software provided

    The Lifecam VX 3000 comes with an install disk. Don't touch it. It is out of date and probably won't work with Windows 7 and almost certainly will not like Windows 10. The disk provides alink to Microsoft for dowloading a newer version. This link will lead nowhere - error 404 as will Microsofts own site. I found that by just plugging the camera in, Windows installed good enough drivers on its own and I binned the disk. Video quality is a bit 990s.

    NOT WORKING ON WIN 10!!!

    It is impossible to use this camera if you have Win 10. There is no support for the item (Microsoft hardware!!!) and no drivers etc. If you plug it in, system recognise it, but nothing else. Shame.
