The seller thought it was acceptable to send a laptop advertised as bought from new, including oringial box but leave out the charger. No mention of the item not including a charger in the listing. The seller then had the temerity to suggest I was abusing the returns system in asking for the charger. Avoid at all costs is my advice. The original US plug got lost years ago, luckily any USB-C Charger does the job. The photos and description were true to the product received, despite my disagreement on the missing items claim, I still refunded £15 to allow for the purchase of a new charger. As I said to the buyer, eBay support told me the buyer was likely abusing the returns system which was a message I passed on and enquired on.
