    IS THAT ALL??

    Wow! I was certainly surprised that this entire DVD was only 18 minutes long and that excludes the intro and ending credits! Pretty little content here! I guess I had expected a bit more than just one workout pattern. 🤷‍♀️ I realize the instructor has a series of workouts. Why not just put them all on one DVD? What a waist of space and (frankly speaking) my MONEY ! Oh well, thankfully it wasn’t too much of a loss at 6.99. Lesson learned, no pun intended.

    Good exercise DVD

    The DVD is fine, it gets me moving and exercising. However, I have to mute it cause Sansone is such a chatterbox! This isn't the seller's fault. I do like exercising to this DVD as I have several choices of which exercise I fell like doing day to day.

    Easy

    It is a really good video to get started on exercising first thing in the morning. I have only tried the first workout but I'm sure that I will like the other ones as well. I like the fact that it has five different workouts on the same video.
