    Stephen Connaughton sold me a Wheeltronic Vector 8144V 2 Post baseless car ramp. The advert described the ramp as functional, working. It is not. When the ramp arrived, "SERVICE" was written on the master carrier. When I disassembled the ramp, I found that the slide bearing were damaged, cracked, broken, and missing; they have to be replaced. Upon asking Stephen to remedy the situation multiple times he has not. And now, he won't answer the phone. No mention of "needs repair" in the advert. 0/5*
