When I raised the issue, seller mocked me (‘you only paid 20€ for mega set’, ‘I don’t have all day’) and outright refused to cover return shipping (‘you pay — I certainly won’t’). Communication was hostile, evasive, and dismissive throughout. Refund only after escalation with eBay. Absolutely awful experience.
