Binding has minimal wear. The majority of pages are undamaged with some creasing or tearing, and pencil underlining of text, but this is minimal. FedEx took their time getting to me, but that’s not seller’s fault. Item is as described. A little dirty (listed as such), but in perfect working condition. Item packaged nicely with sufficient paper surrounding item. Price was about right for this type of item, but shipping was a little steep. I’m happy with the purchase and the seller.
