    The item was packaged fairly well, but could have had more padding around the item for stability. The antenna was broken when it arrived, but the seller compensated me for that damage. I think for the cost of shipping it could have been packaged better given that the original box did not provide much support for the item. Besides the antenna, the device arrived as described and the purchase price was a great value for the product. Very responsive seller who is willing to help you out!

    Well-designed product

    The in-app setup instructions were fantastic, as well as the signal strength diagnostics for deciding where was best to locate my Connect wall unit. Overall, the app’s interface is excellent, and adds tons of functionality to my new Yale lock. The only things I didn’t get working the first try, at least reliably, are the auto-unlock feature and HomeKit integration. Though, on the latter, that may just be because I didn’t see the process through when the “flash light” option to confirm which lock I was configuring didn’t produce any activity on mine, so I backed out of the setup.

    The price of the Z-Wave was a bargain, the product was subpar.

    First, I should have known something was wrong with the product when I attempted to download the QR Code on the Z Wave and kept getting a message that there is no information available on all three of the QR code stickers. I found out why when I tried to set up my Brinks alarm system and the Z-wave program was missing the essential parts of the program needed to get connected to my security system, mainly the number needed to pair the two together. I used on phone and online tech support to no avail, even though I have connected the same setup but with an older model same product many times. Pass code * 7 * 3 * to exclude, Code * 7 * 1 * to include. Mine never showed a one it went straight to code * 7 * 3 to exit. The stars represent the wheel on the lock.

    Great seller!

    Connect Kit was unopened and worked like new. Yale Support walked me thru installation and set up, way after midnight and they are open 24/7! Connect Kit allows Yale codes to be changed from mobile app, not just at the door, allows lock and unlock from the app, plus monitors the lock activity. Integrated with my AirBnB guest calendar is the BEST part, and it works! Can't be more thrilled!

    Works great with my Yale Assure SL lock

    Read so many bad reviews about connectivity issues but I found the the setup was easy and worked right away. I made sure to plug in the bridge close to my front door and I’ve not had any issues with the app. Even linked it with my Google assistant to lock and unlock it. So far so good!
