    This seller is irresponsible and untrustworthy. My purchase was poorly packed in very thin bubble wrap and flimsy cardboard, was damaged in shipping and the seller never even said "sorry that happened". He suggested that I should deal with the post office, which I felt was his responsibility. Unfortunately the mailing label was torn and so he claimed that he could not get a refund from the post office. He never offered any other compensation.

    Totally untrue.The pictures were wrapped in bubble wrap & packed in a box for shipping, I asked her send pictures of the damage & the box & packing material. The box was crushed with a big hole in it right where we had written "Please Don't Crush". She had recycled the packing material & only part of the shipping label was present, she said she must have ripped it opening the box and had thrown it in the trash. I told her to ask for a return thru ebay to get a return label. She never did this..
