      This is a perfect beginner machine, try it! Use worsted yarns!

      I have other metal machines and I use this one all the time because it's easy to use and lightweight. Actually bought this one to join with an identical machine to get more needles/stitches per inch. This will allow me to make women's XL and men's size clothing.

      Great starter knitting machine! Its the one I started on.

      These knitting machines are the best, much better than Sweater Maker, etc. Has a tension mast, strong needles and a sturdy carriage. Knits worsted weight yarn very well. The key is to wind the yarn loosely in a ball; don't use the yarn directly out of a skein, that pulls too tightly.
