The seller disclosed it was in an open box with flaws on the back on the instrument, however there were 3 large scratches on the finish on the front of the ukulele and none of this was disclosed in the listing. I felt it was inpropberly represented. I was offered refund if I returned, but that would cost me $20 for shipping both ways and that was not acceptable.
