      Item arrived. It was placed in half of a glassine envelope (?) which allowed it to exit and become creased during shipment. Would suggest using a whole glassine envelope on future shipments. They're not that expensive. You can even buy used glassines. Your buyers don't care, as long as their purchase is protected during shipment.
