    Where to start. Saw this advertised at an unbelievable price. Handily the seller also converts the price to sterling. Postage was an absolute bargain too.     Very good

    It’s that extra center channel that I bought this for. Many engineers would record in 3 tracks in those days but we never got to hear that information until the advent of sacds. Sometimes as with the Living Stereo series it can add a lot of dimension. Here I found the center channel added a certain harshness and exaggerated the ambience. I had to turn down my center channel speaker. Then it was impressive.

    The Age of the Recording Doesn't Hide

    Great stuff here by Miles....Horns are fantastic....but....this is OLD Music and that clearly comes thru in static and quality while listening. Don't expect the SACD to hide that.

    Great 5.1 'ambiance' mix, some discrete elements

    Good "room" effect with the 5.1 mix, better than I anticipated. There isn't much to complain about here, probably the best I've ever heard this album. Liner notes are all in Japanese, but at least the track list and credits are in English.
