    i purchased a lens for an event and the description stated it would arrive within a time frame of 6 days after purchase to a few days before the event (just over a week and a half) i needed it for and so did the confirmation. initially communication was good, then i asked about the tracking and asked if i would receive it when it said it would and they said no it won’t can i wait longer. after sending multiple msgs asking if i can get a refund they have now stopped responding.
