    Although this item met the description and shipping criterion, it was not packaged sufficiently. It came in an eBay bag and not in a box. The item was of the nature that it could be damaged if not packed properly. It had metal arms since it was a menorah. There was damage to one of the cups-it was dented in. In addition one of the arms at one of the two ends was slightly bent inwards. The comparison to the pictures on the eBay site shows that these damages did not exist beforehand.
