    I always find printers a bit tricky to set up

    Managed to get printer set up fairly quickly, however despite it showing as being connected to wifi, it was offline. I went through the installation steps again and it then worked fine. Delivery very quick indeed. Quality of printing is decent for the price. Only printing snag so far is that it struggled a bit with American Letter printing (attachment from an email). Dragged several sheets of paper through the feeder and printed a logo on second sheet. I tried again making manual selections rather than just Ctrl+P and second attempt was much better.

    Very poor product

    The printer was very difficult to set up.My laptop recognised the printer , the printer would not connect to the internet. I eventually gave up and sent the printer back.

Other than that the printer scans prints and prints remotely. So is working, but unfortunately I’m not able to obtain hp instant ink, which works out a lot cheaper than buying from shop. I am satisfied with the printer.

    Practical for low use

    Beware that instructions are online despite ample quantities of written documentation enclosed. Ink promotion schemes require contractual commitment to use HP products exclusively. For low usage HP is still an excellent brand so if you are not concerned by the challenges mentioned, it is a good buy.
