Upon examining the reel, the spool and winding cap assembly was missing as well, leaving just a empty case. Seller responded quickly and refunded price of the reel. Seller had purchased the reel and was told it had been tested and was a good one. I would buy from this seller again as she made a possible bad buy into a very fair sale. I paid the shipping costs.
