This animated children's program from 1986 was a popular, positive show based on the Sylvester Stallone action movie of the same name. Freedom fighter John Rambo, (voiced by Neil Ross, TRANSFORMERS, G.I. JOE), is now a member of a special team called the Force of Freedom, which sends him on missions around the world, battling the evil S.A.V.A.G.E. Organization and its leader, General Warhawk. Though it only aired for one season, the show maintains a dedicated fan base, due to the exciting, adventurous plotlines and its marked eschewing of overt violence. This collection includes 11 of the more than 60 episodes.
