    Unfortunately, the candlesticks arrived both broken. One with the bowl that holds the candle was broken clean off, and the base of the other was severely cracked. The box was packed with peanuts, and both sticks wrapped in bubble wrap., but the box was not labeled as fragile anywhere at all. This likely resulted in it getting tossed around like a normal box by the post office. Recommend the seller properly label fragile items when shipping in the future if not going to allow returns or refunds.

    It is not a requirement to mark the box fragile. Even with the writing, there is no guarantee that the box will be handled with care. I had it happen before.
