    Intelligent and satisfying, properly seasoned psychedelia

    Great album in the psychedelic genre. South of Reality really brings the genre up to modern times, offering something untried, but very satisfying and delightful. The rock music can be hard, but not harsh, as is often the case with modern prog and psychedelic music. At the same time, the music is not pretentious, oversimplified or over the top childish; neither is it over-quirky or out of rhythm. This is intelligent music that rocks well, and far exceeds my expectations from either Les Claypool or Sean Lennon. It is worth checking out if you like rock and if you like psychedelia. I look forward to hearing more from this band.
