I then purchased the item again, only to realise the item description was incorrect. It was advertised as a "C920s" model in the overall description, but the box in the photographs clearly show it is the "C920" model.     Excellent!

    This comes with a USB-C connection, which I didn't have on my PC, so I bought an adapter & plugged it in to a standard USB port. It works at 1080p, but at 30fps, which is still good enough for mostly blur-free movement. I'm getting a proper USB-C port installed, which will enable 60fps. Image is excellent & autofocus locks on to your face using AI, which is great for Zoom with friends & family. As with all webcams, a bit of Blu-tack under the mount makes it secure on the monitor. Recommended!

    Webcam

    I still cannot work out how to do portrait and get it to work with Teams. I tried the capture app and made no progress. I bought it for better lighting for my meetings. It has sorted out the lighting issue which I was experiencing from my surface laptop which was the sunlight was affecting whether it was a clear image or not. So whilst it’s ok. It’s not the best to work out. I am still not satisfied but happy to keep it.

    Fantastic camera

    The quality of the camera is fantastic. Easy to use too, especially with the logi cam software available to download. I have given 4 stars because I am unable to use it with a usb c to usb a connector for my macbook. But it works perfectly when connecting straight to a usb c port. Shipping was great, no issues there.

    Great image even with a window behind!

    The image is crisp and high definition even in challenging lighting conditions. Previously I had to use several light sources to compensate for the window behind me - the streamcam works it out and delivers a great image.
