    The item was beautifully packaged. The jacket was described as a women's medium, new with tags. It was actually a men's medium, did not have tags and had a "used" smell. I contacted the seller who apologized. She offered me a return/refund, but we settled on my keeping the jacket and receiving a partial refund. I was impressed by how quickly this seller responded and made sure I was taken care of.
