Verified purchase
Items received were identical, not left and right. Looking at the information on the paper left in box when it was sent, the previous customer returned for the same issue! Cost to return this incorrect product was incurred by the customer and reimbursed on copy of receipt. But only if you have a papal account, if not, you will be asked by the seller to ask around your friends to see if they do instead. Not great when issue was caused by them in the first place! Reimbursed by eBay thankfully!
