Good value for the price.
Good for the price, but does take around 4 hours to put together, that is largely due to the number of bolts it comes with, and setting up the pulley system. Used it for a few weeks now which, and happy with it so far. could do with a mechanism for bolting it down, as it does move if you are standing in front of the unit and are pulling the handles to you. Once you reposition yourself, it is okay after that. Design is good and lots of different exercise positions. I went and bought an extra chain (smaller one) to connect the pulley system to the leg exercise piece so that i didnt have to keep fiddling with adjusting the longer chain. Minor improvement Overall i would say very good value for the price. Too small, poor cabling & innacurate
The weight stack and cabling system are very poorly designed and therefore massively inaccurate almost to the point where it’s unusable. Once together and correctly setup and with the stack set on “20” the lat pull down resistance is 9kg, chest press is 12kg and the leg curl is over 30kg??????? The peck flies are virtually impossible to use as the resistance increments are far too large and could cause more harm than good, there is also considerable stretch in the cabling giving an almost elastic effect. It’s also impossible to get a full range of workout motion on any exercise if you are taller than a Hobbit as the machine is just too small. Fantastic Design with High Strength Quality
I bought this gym as a present for myself for my 78th Birthday. I am quite fit but needednto tone myself up, this appliance is just right for the job. I studied the building instructios for a few days before I unwrapped anything they were very clear and precise and I had great fun over a week putting it all together. I particulary liked the exercise guide it is very informative with a lot of sound and safe advice. This is a fantastic product, and I would certainly recommend it.I bought this gym as a present for myself for my 78th Birthday. Fantastic piece of equipment, 10 minutes figuring out the instructions, but once they were figured out it was plain sailing. You need decent tools, my ratchet set & spanners saved me loads of time. Unwrap everything and lay it out except the bolts and screw which come fixed to a piece of card all numbered and in order of use, why no one has done this before is beyond me, this saves loads of time and frustration.
