One thing worth mentioning is the description says "Takes 28W 4 pin TC-DD 2D lamp (not supplied)" but with my order there was a lamp/bulb provided.. so maybe this needs updating or clarifying with the seller. Good whilst it works properly
Yes it's good but I have reservations on its durability. This is the third one of these fans I have owned. They work perfectly for about 2 to 2 and a half years then start to develop annoying faults especially with the run on feature. Having said that it is not expensive and is extremely quiet in operation- unlike some other fans I have seen.

Replacement fan
My old bathroom extractor fan was so noisy, being in there wasn't my idea of quiet and peaceful moments. since fitting it I feel as though I've gone deaf. I can't believe how quiet it is, its that quiet I've even ordered another for my downstairs cloakroom. It quickly and quietly does its job without noticing it, the only thing I notice now is that all the steam from my shower disappears. It has a timer for the fan to switch off between 1 minute and 30 minutes after you've switched off the light. I've set this to only a minute after light is switched and and find this quite sufficient. A good, quiet and long lasting fan - this is my second one.
I've had a series of different fans in my bathroom over the years, each one lasting about 2 years before sounding like a tractor. I bought one of these years ago and it has lasted about 4 or 5 years now and just failed recently. I've bought another, identical, as I'm so impressed. Recommended.
