Delivery of parcels sent by us is generally provided with tracking details which is visible on eBay. Goods returned back with failed delivery attempts due to issue with the address will be subject to £3.50 cost of sending goods plus £4 for returning back the parcel.
 
Delivery time is given by chosen courier company. They are not guaranteed time stated by us. Any delays are not our responsibilities. In the event of delays or loss we cannot send refund or replacement until 30 days from date of purchase for International deliveries and 20 days for UK deliveries. You must contact us within 40 days of transaction for any delays or loss as per eBay policy otherwise transaction cannot be cancelled and no refund will be given.

The first attempt at delivery did not materialize but this was not the fault of the vendor. It was being returned to them by the carrier due to the fact it had been damaged in transit. Upon contacting the vendor a full refund or replacement was offered. The latter was chosen and this was undertaken by the vendor. The item arrived packaging badly damaged but thankfully the contents were ok. The customer service given by the vendor was excellent could not fault it at all.

Well priced product and well packaged. Only criticism is that it took a LOT longer than quoted for delivery but not Sellers fault and they tried resolving with their courier.

    Ink on your fingers

    It does the job and has many different usages but it's not easy to rotate the wheels to the setting you want without getting black ink on your hands. It'll take a couple of days to get the ink off.

    Beware messy

    This product is extremely messy you need wipes at the ready it's also really fiddly to change again creating lots of messy ink everywhere, however it's cheap as chips and does what it should - if you work in a messy environment this is ideal. I work with fabrics so not a great idea when your covered in ink

    Good value. Dainty and lightweight. Versatile action titles..

    Good value. But changing the 'remarks' (Paid, Received, etc). can be a pain, plus a bit messy (ink). Same for date changes. I got what I paid for, and I am not complaining.
