On the 12th I received an email from DHL saying they will be delivering (as notified by the seller), on Thursday the 8th. Clearly DHL are unaware that Doctor Who does not loan out the 'Tardis' to delivery companies to enable time travel. Packages actually turned up on the 13th

Royal Mail are the weak link here, not the seller, and they will have to apply & wait for compensation, as it should be, I mention this as some seller's try to abslove themselves from liability, even though it is they that have the contract with the carrier.2.5mm Premium USB 3.0 Micro B Cable Lead for WD My Passport External Hard Drive (#151088044510)

The surface had visible chips, and one corner was dented. The packaging was all old and dusty, suggesting the damage wasn't due to shipping but rather poor quality control. The dispatch took 4 days, which felt excessive for a supposedly in-stock item. Worse, the seller has been completely unresponsive regarding the damage and a possible partial refund. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.
