    Replacement Brake away cable.

    This cable was slightly thinner in the cable than my last one but still a strongly constructed item. Have to remove split pin and retaining pin in order to fit U clamp through the opening under the A frame but easily done. Took me longer to get the old on off than fit this new one.

    Replacing previous identical - which had done it's one-time job.

    Previous identical one did its job when I didn't hook the trailer on properly the other day (1st time in 45 years) - aarrrghhgh. The cable successfully applied the trailer brake and then broke - as designed. No harm done to anything apart from the sacrificial cable. Thanks.

    Excellent brake cable.

    Must have piece of equipment. When it happens to you it puts the fear of death up you. I was lucky it happened on a camp site before I went out onto the main road. I travel with a spare now.
