Then I tried again 90 minutes later and ebay again turned me down, claiming I was too late. Ebay did very poorly here. The vendor promptly cancelled the transaction once I contacted them. They performed very well. (I cancelled when I found the ship time was estimated at nearly 2 months.) End result, vendor: 5 stars, ebay: 1 star.

So, an unsuitable "left side" item was shipped to me instead. It is not clear on their site how to order "right" or "left" so of course I typed a clear message to the Seller to be sure about what I wanted. This message is completely ignored. All subsequent communication about this is met with, "Sorry can't help you got what you ordered". The End.
