If you have received the towbar and have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect item then within 60 days of receipt you must inform us (by phone, email, eBay or post) that you wish to return it for a refund (This refund includes the original delivery charge (if any) at our standard or economy delivery rate). You can either return it to us yourself (at your cost) or we can arrange (at your cost) for our courier to collect it from you. You can open the packaging and inspect the items but you do have to take reasonable care of the items. If the item has been fitted or items not returned then we may charge you for these.

If there is a problem with the towbar we would ask that you contact us as even professional fitters can misread instructions. If faulty or incorrectly supplied we will arrange for our courier to collect it from you (at our cost) and for another towbar to be sent or of course we can give you a full refund instead

Excellent fitment
Excellent fitment and great quality. Managed to get to fit with standard 335 bumper bar with minimal adjustments. Wiring diagram not too accurate for car side but testing at the lights is best for one connection in the right place peace of mind.
