This item never arrived it was lost by FedEx or something worst happened to it . Item was tracked to Belden Mississippi FedEx location where it disappeared. At no fault of the seller exhausted every resource to try and retrieve the item to no avail the seller was excellent. Purchase price was refunded but I truly wanted the item so I was very disappointed at its loss ! There should be further investigation to what happened with the item  Being safely and securely transporting and  Delivered

This negative rating damage my reputation, I was not at fault and I also receive a negative???
It was 100% Fedex's fault and it seems fine to me that you complaint to them and not me. They try always to close the cases the most quickly possible. They do not investigate what happened.
Ebay says if the customer do not receive the item we cannot protect the seller.
In a few words: I lose, I lose and finally I lose.
