    Absolute holy grail!

    I first purchased these when strong painkillers are not hitting my lower back pain caused by a degenerative disc. They work amazingly well and get to work straight away, they also last for a good 16 hours even after being removed. On days where the pain is severe I really don't know what I would do without these to hand.

    this does indeed reduce pain of aching muscles, though it is rather expensive compared to other makes. also I tried to use it a second time, but did not get sufficient heat.
